The victim, identified as Gopi Mahananda from Gandhinagar Pada, was returning home after bathing in Shivabandha when the accident occurred near the railway gate. A cow also died in the same mishap. Upon receiving the information, Kantabanji GRP officials reached the spot, seized the body, and sent it to the local hospital for a post-mortem examination.
