Odisha CM's Big Move: No Admission Fee For SC/ST Students In Medical & Engineering | Argus News Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has announced a significant relief for underprivileged SC and ST students in Odisha. Now, merit students from these categories will not have to pay any admission or tuition fees at the time of enrollment in government medical and engineering colleges.
