The incident took place at Kirba Chhak when the accused, Raja Swami, arrived in an auto and opened fire on Anish. Reportedly, 3 rounds hit the victim while 4 rounds were fired in the air. Burla Police acted swiftly to apprehend the accused, who was a former employee at the shop.
