Keonjhar DLO Akash Biswal Sickness Drama Fails; Discharged & In Vigilance Net | Argus News The health drama of corrupt Keonjhar District Labour Officer (DLO) Akash Biswal failed after doctors discharged him upon finding his condition stable. Biswal was caught red-handed by the Odisha Vigilance while accepting a bribe of ₹20,000 from an electrical contractor. Subsequent raids on his residence led to the recovery of ₹7.29 lakh in cash and nearly 300 grams of gold ornaments.
