The incident led to a significant delay in the planned surgery of a pregnant woman, Monalisa Pradhan. Her husband, Saroj Kumar Gouda, alleged negligence and has demanded a high-level probe. Due to the conflict, the family was forced to shift the patient to a private hospital where she successfully delivered a baby boy.
