The centering of an under-construction bridge over the Udanti river near Sindursil has collapsed due to the intense water flow. In Dumerbahal village, a mud house has completely collapsed, leaving families in distress. Rivers are overflowing, affecting several low-lying regions and disrupting normal life. Considering the severity of the situation, the Nuapada District Collector has declared a holiday for all schools today.
