The calves got stuck while the herd was crossing the canal, and despite the adult elephants' desperate attempts, they couldn't pull them out. Upon receiving information, the Forest Department team rushed to the spot and carried out a safe rescue operation. After the successful rescue, the entire herd was safely guided back into the nearby forest.
