5 Quintals Ganja Seized in Bhubaneswar, 3 Arrested in Filmy Style Ops | Argus News In a major crackdown on drug trafficking, the Bhubaneswar Excise Department seized over 5 quintals of Ganja being smuggled in a large container. Acting on a tip-off, two teams chased the vehicle from Khordha in a dramatic filmy style before intercepting it near the capital city. The contraband, worth crores of rupees, was reportedly being transported from Kandhamal to outside the state. Three persons have been arrested in connection with the smuggling.
